What hoteliers ask us first.
What will it cost after the free months?
Pricing is by number of rooms and we will give you your founding price on the first call, before you decide anything. Founding hotels keep that price for as long as they stay. There are no per-user fees and no commission on direct bookings.
Does it work with Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and the other OTAs?
Tell us which channels you sell on when you apply. We set each one up with you during onboarding, and Tavelo shows what every channel really costs you, booking by booking.
We are on another PMS. How do we move?
We do it for you: rooms, room types, rates, taxes, future bookings and guest records. Your free months start only once you are live.
Is it cloud-based? What do we need?
Yes. Any computer with a browser for the desk. An Android phone or an iPhone for housekeeping and managers. A passport reader or barcode scanner works as-is — they type like a keyboard.
Is our data safe, and is it ours?
Each property's data is separated at every request, every change is recorded with who made it, and issued invoices cannot be altered. You can export your data whenever you like, including if you leave.
Is it only for India?
India first. The product handles other currencies and tax setups, but Indian hotels come first: UPI, WhatsApp, Form III and Aadhaar handled the way the rules ask.
