What this website keeps, and why.
This notice covers tavelo.io, the marketing website. The Tavelo product has its own terms, agreed with each hotel.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo form: your name, the property's name and city, its number of rooms, a WhatsApp number, an email if you give one, the type of property, what you use today and anything you add in the notes. We also keep the page you came from and any campaign tag in the link, and a one-way hash of your network address to slow down automated abuse. We do not keep the address itself.
Why
To contact you about the demo you asked for and to give you a quote. Nothing else. We do not sell, share or rent these details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Where it is kept
In a database hosted by Cloudflare in the Asia-Pacific region, reachable only by Tavelo. The website itself sets no tracking cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts.
How long
Until we have spoken and either set you up or closed the request, and in any case no longer than twelve months from the request.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below or on WhatsApp and we will do it within seven days.
