The platform
Everything the hotel runs on.
Ten parts, one login, one live set of data. Switch on what you need. Every part below reads and writes the same rooms, guests and folios.
Run the hotel
Front desk
The calendar is the desk's whole day. Drag a booking to another room or other nights, and the folio follows. Groups get blocks, rooming lists and cut-off dates. A hold releases itself when its time is up.
- Double booking refused by the database, not a warning
- Check-in with a passport or Aadhaar scan; the registration card prints from what you typed
- Form III for foreign guests, tracked against both 24-hour deadlines
- A move to a better room is an upgrade; a move down is refused and points at the bill
Housekeeping
Each housekeeper opens the app and sees their own rooms in order of urgency: a guest due into a room that is not ready first, a departure next, a stayover after that. The desk hears the moment a room is clean.
- Dirty, in progress, clean, inspected: a tap each, with a name and a time
- Report a fault from the room; take it off sale until it is fixed
- Tasks with a checklist, a clock, comments and a history
- Amenities leave the stock the moment a room reaches clean

Guest experience
Guests write on WhatsApp, so the desk answers on WhatsApp, from an inbox where every conversation sits beside its booking. A QR code on the table or in the room takes orders and requests without a phone call.
- Your own WhatsApp number, the whole team answering from one place
- QR ordering: staff accept before anything is cooked or charged
- Guest requests become tasks for the right department
- The room key in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, opening the door with a tap
- MKMeera KrishnanCan we get a late check-out on Saturday?Room 101

Staff & payroll
Staffing worked out from tomorrow's arrivals and departures, a weekly rota, a time clock on the phone, and payslips with PF and ESI figures. The hotel's own bookings say how many hands each day needs.
- A rota that follows leave and leaving, and warns about rest and hours
- Attendance from punches, exceptions found rather than typed
- Overtime and night hours under the labour codes
- Labour cost against the hotel's own room revenue
- Housekeeping12 departures · 19 stayovers · 9.5 h needed2 of 3 rostered
- Front desk8 arrivals · 6 departuresCovered
- RestaurantDinner service · 42 covers on the booksCovered

Booking engine
A booking page in your brand, on your own site or as a link you send on WhatsApp. It shows the full total with taxes first, because a surprise at the end is a lost booking.
- Eight themes, your colours, your photos
- Several rooms in one booking; children's ages asked, babies placed properly
- A price calendar that marks full nights and minimum stays
- Promo codes, deposits and a confirmation email, all handled

Channel manager
One inventory across Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb and the rest, so a room is never sold twice. Every booking carries where it came from and what that channel took.
- Availability and prices kept in step across every channel
- Cost of sale per channel, worked out from real bookings
- Rate parity you can see, not guess

Rates & pricing
Rate plans that follow each other ("breakfast is flexible plus 800" is a rule, not two numbers to keep in step), prices per plan, per category, per date, and pricing rules with a floor a price can never fall through.
- Negotiated corporate rates, visible only to that company
- Occupancy pricing: extra adults, children, less for one guest
- Rules by occupancy, lead time and date, each with a floor and a ceiling

Restaurant POS
A board of tables, modifiers, kitchen and bar tickets, split bills, and a room charge that reaches the guest's folio while they are still eating. The bill prints with your GSTIN, SAC and FSSAI number.
- One ticket per station; the kitchen screen turns amber at 15 minutes
- Part payments, equal splits by cover, any amount
- Recipe stock leaves the store when a ticket goes
- Day-end: takings by method, discounts by reason, best sellers

Billing & invoices
A folio is the live account; an invoice is what was billed, frozen. GST is posted per night into equal CGST and SGST with the SAC on every line. A payment is never edited: a mistake is a refund that names it.
- Several folios a stay; the company pays the room, the guest pays the minibar
- UPI, cash, card and payment links for exactly what is owed
- Credit notes, receipts and PDFs that stay as they were sent
- GSTR-1 and e-invoice (IRN) files ready for the portal

Tavelo assistant
Ask your hotel a question. By voice or by text.
"Who is arriving with no room?" "Book Mr Shah a Deluxe for the 22nd." The assistant works through the same permissions as your staff, and every change waits for a person to say yes.
- Speak it or type it, on the desk or walking the floor
- Sees only what that person's role may see
- Every action logged with a name
